## About

Hi, I’m Murray Laidlaw but my friends call me Murf… or Murf James. I am a Canadian actor working for the railway in my home town of Prince George, BC. I love to tell stories and bring humour, character, and northern spirit to every performance.
At the moment I especially love working on my “craft” through characters seen on commercials throughout North America and beyond.
I enjoy sharing personal stories on social media as a way to stay comfortable and natural in front of the camera.
My approach is relaxed, expressive, and rooted in real life.
